Register for the Live Cardio Tennis Training Course!  Friday October 11th, 2024 from 1:00PM-6:00PM  at Location: Life Time Fridley 1200 E Moore Lake Dr, Fridley, MN 55432   This is an action packed day of fun and on court participation. Learning outcomes include the ability to understand and articulate the format, time hacks and standards. The role the agility ladder plays in the choreography and rhythm of the workout. An overview of warm-up, games and cool down activities, plus more. The purpose of an activity and how to put the whole workout together.
